Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses VIZUAL LIVE — creators, guests, workspace members and viewers. By broadcasting, recording, distributing, watching or otherwise interacting with content on the Service you agree to follow these rules. Violations can result in stream termination, content removal, account suspension and, where required, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use VIZUAL LIVE to upload, broadcast, record, simulcast, host, link to or distribute content that:

  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any form (CSAM is reported to NCMEC immediately).
  • Is non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornography, or sexual content of identifiable people without consent.
  • Depicts or glorifies real-world violence, terrorism, mass casualty events, self-harm or suicide.
  • Promotes hate or harassment on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or veteran status.
  • Incites or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of controlled substances, weapons or stolen goods.
  • Violates intellectual property rights (see DMCA & Copyright).
  • Contains malware, phishing, or instructions designed to compromise computer systems.
  • Includes personal data of others (doxxing) without lawful basis.

2. Prohibited behaviour

  • Impersonating another person, brand or organisation.
  • Manipulating viewer counts, chat, tips, or other engagement signals.
  • Circumventing rate limits, plan limits, geo restrictions or technical controls.
  • Scraping, mirroring or reselling streams, recordings or analytics without permission.
  • Sharing one account across multiple unrelated individuals or organisations.

3. Streaming & recording consent

You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from guests, audience members and any identifiable third parties appearing in your stream or recording. In jurisdictions that require two-party consent for recording (for example, many US states and most of the EU), that responsibility rests entirely with you.

4. Tips, donations & commerce

Viewer tips and any goods or services you sell to your audience must be lawful in both your jurisdiction and your viewer's jurisdiction. You may not solicit funds for prohibited content, fraudulent causes or sanctioned entities. We may refund or withhold transactions that violate these rules or payment-processor policies.

5. Reporting violations

Email trust@vizuallive.com with the channel handle, stream or recording URL, a brief description and (where helpful) timestamps. For copyright issues, use the dedicated process on the DMCA page. For child-safety concerns, mark the subject line "URGENT — CSAM"; these reports are triaged within hours.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, remove content, end live sessions, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts, or refuse service to anyone violating this AUP. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal and forfeiture of stored recordings. Where the law requires, we cooperate with valid legal process.
