• Broadcast data: stream metadata, recordings, clips, captions, chat.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status, not card numbers.
• Usage data: logs, device/browser info, and diagnostics needed to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the Service, process payments, deliver streams to your selected destinations, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

3. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the Service:

• Stripe (payments)
• LiveKit (low-latency streaming)
• Supabase (database, auth, storage)
• Third-party destinations you connect (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.)

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, row-level security on the database, and least-privilege access controls.

7. Cookies

We use the minimum set of cookies and local-storage entries required to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site profiling, or analytics that share data with ad networks.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
