DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

VIZUAL LIVE respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

1. Designated agent

Send copyright notices to our Designated Agent:

VIZUAL LIVE — DMCA Agent
Email: dmca@vizuallive.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice"

2. What your notice must include

A valid notice must contain all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material to be removed, with a URL or stream identifier sufficient to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, agent or law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. Knowingly submitting false claims may result in liability under §512(f).

3. What happens after we receive a valid notice

  • We disable access to the identified material, typically within 24–48 hours.
  • We notify the affected user with a copy of the notice (minus your direct phone number).
  • If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless you file suit.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@vizuallive.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the US, any court where the original claimant may bring suit).

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in line with §512(i).

6. Trademark & other IP

For trademark, right of publicity or other non-copyright IP claims, email legal@vizuallive.com with the relevant URLs and a description of your claim.
