Terms of Service — NEXUS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NEXUS_TX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to broadcast unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you broadcast or upload. You grant NEXUS_TX a limited license to process, transcode, store, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Destinations

Streaming to third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, etc.) is subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS_TX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data, or audience.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service to you for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
